Due to an arrogant and crafty attempt to hijack / commandeer this message board, Catwoman, DarkRage and Anti-Christ are no longer welcome here. They are permanently banned.

On the 5th August, 2008, I received a message from staff at YourWebApps.com informing me that a third party was attempting to gain control of the "Nocturnal Visions" message board.

This third party was identified as "JDR". He made a formal "request" for the Administrator's password.

His argument was that he and Catwoman were better candidates for the job.

No one has the right to usurp power here. No one has the right to deny free expression, nor to over-shadow the board for that purpose.

I never intended to moderate this board, as I had designated it a "Rules: None!" affair.

In making my decision to permanently ban the culprits, I have taken into account the insidious determination of both Catwoman and "JDR" to overrule my will.

In any case, I regard them both as detrimental to the free atmosphere and spirit of this place.

For these reasons, Catwoman and DarkRage / "JDR" are no longer welcome here. I have appointed an unnamed person to delete their posts.

Regarding Anti-Christ, I believe he had attempted to hack this board on several occasions. However, a somewhat different picture has now emerged. I will explain:

Each and every failed attempt to acquire Administrator privileges, automatically results in a warning message being sent to my mailbox.

These warning messages give the IP details of the person attempting to gain access. I have counted hundreds of failed attempts dating back over several weeks.

All of these vain hacking attempts were traced directly back to Catwoman and "JDR". None were traceable to Anti-Christ.

Despite this fact, these three individuals are now permanently banned from this board.
